I think the 'missing' badges you are referring to are 'RAC' badges (the ones like little rosettes) and those aren't exported by the projects - They are not really milestones as you can lose those badges if you stop crunching the project.

Your 10K SRBase badge is visible now - The projects take time to update the badges, then you have to wait for the project to export the latest stats, and then you have to wait for the stats sites to collect the new stats, so there can be quite a long delay in seeing any changes.

FYI, here are my badges - You'll see that there are no 'rosette' badges, and that at the moment my Camp#12 badge for Bitcoin Utopia is still the old badge as the the change hasn't filtered through yet:

But they're not exporting stats, so I'm not sure what you are expecting to see here

Arg! I used to have that one in my sig blocks ages ago, but can't remember who supplies it. I'll have to have a rummage around.
