For the last few days, I've been seeing "Failed to get data" on the COD entries line of the XANSONS for COD project. Is this a problem on the XANSONS for COD website, a problem here, or something that's normal?

Re: More badge updates not showing up (1 replies, posted in Bug reports)
Update: (14:00 UTC) The WCG badge just appeared in the signature. The two trophies from theSkyNet POGS ('Professor Bryan Gaensler', and 'Helium') are still missing, but that could conceivably be a problem with stats export from POGS.
Update 2: (Dec 12th) Those badges have now shown up.

With tonight's badge update, some badges did update in the signature (GoofyxGrid), but others (theSkyNet POGS and WCG) did not. The WCG update was shown in the Next Badges page earlier in the day. The new badges from the SkyNet POGS are 2+ days old.

Topic: Wrong badge showing from Citizen Science Grid (2 replies, posted in Bug reports)
It's been a few days now, and the wrong badge is still showing. That should be enough time for the all the crons to run and propagate the information through the whole pipeline, so it looks like something's broken.
My CPID is b616ce74c8ecd99e4f1b808a1ce71c6c
The badge in question is the "Silver common eider badge", which is awarded for 50 image observations. The CSG website has shown me as having that badge, and 60 observations for a few days now.
Here's where it gets strange...
The "Your statistics" page incorrectly shows the bronze badge (https://signature.statseb.fr/img/badge/ … nze_28.jpg), whereas the "Next badges"page shows the correct badge (common_eider_silver_28.jpg). Actual signatures also show the incorrect bronze badge.
I am aware that the signatures and "Your statistics" pages only get updated once a day. Several days have elapsed without that badge being updated, and other badges have been updated during that period. So it appears as if something is broken.
To summarize, this website picked up the the new badge several days ago, but never updated the signature to include the new badge.

Sebastian,
Let me know if there's anything I can do on PrimeGrid's side to make it easier to pick up whatever information you need. I know you, Bok, Willy and others have been very resourceful at picking up information, but if you need anything, just ask, and I can probably add the information to the stats exports.

Topic: PrimeGrid badge credit change (1 replies, posted in Suggestions)
Effective yesterday, we changed the amount of credit required for some of the badges at Primegrid. Previously, there were two categories of badges, with one category requiring twice as much credit as the other category.
All PrimeGrid projects now require the same amount of credit; there's no longer two categories of badges. The full list of badge levels and credit requirements can be found here:
